She is dedicated to helping with your hearing needs and specializes in facilitating your transition to wearing hearing instruments. She received the Senior Master Hearing Practitioner award with Beltone for 9 consecutive years. (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016)

Casey has been in the hearing industry for over 19 years, working with Beltone for 18 years. She has had the pleasure of fitting Beltone hearing aids on customers in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario as well as Illinois, USA. A few years ago, she returned to Beltone, the Hearing Centre in Red Deer, Alberta. She is happy to be back working with many old and new friends!

Kirk Pavlick grew up in Red Deer and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Diploma from Red Deer College and a Bachelors' Degree in English from the University of Calgary. He has gained extensive experience in management with various entities as well as being a business owner. A few years ago, he returned to the Hearing Industry and has been with Beltone, the Hearing Centre since the Spring of 2015. He is currently Chair of the Negotiating Committee for CHAPA (College of Hearing Aid Practitioners of Alberta). Kirk eagerly welcomes his old friends and new friends to assist them with their hearing needs.

Patient Care Coordinator
Candace Sagal joined our team in April of 2016. She brings with her customer service experience with a Beltone office in Saskatchewan plus years of experience in customer service with other industries. Candace earned a Disploma in Financial Services from S.I.A.S.T. in Saskatchewan. In the Spring of 2017, she completed her training in Hearing Health Sciences through the International Hearing Society. She is currently taking her second year classes through the Grant MacEwan University in the program "Hearing Aid Practitioner". She will graduate from that program in the Spring of 2019 and is currently interning as a student within our office.
Intern Hearing Aid Practitioner
Misty Bruinooge is currently in her last year at Grant MacEwan University for the Hearing Aid Practitioner diploma and will be graduating in June of 2019. Misty has several years of experience in customer service and has a passion for helping people. Born and raised in Innisfail, Alberta, she is looking forward to seeing some familiar faces as she begins her career with Beltone!
Patient Care Coordinator
Hailing from friendly small town Saskatchewan and taking her education at the University of Saskatchewan, she moved to Red Deer 25 years ago. Deb has been a co-owner in a successful insurance business plus years of experience with other business ventures. She has been with Beltone for six years as Patient Care Co-Ordinator. She happily welcomes all new and existing clients into the Beltone Family.
Ashley Aldred was born and raised in Drumheller, AB. Ashley has returned to Beltone Hearing as our Bookkeeper after taking some time off to raise her daughter. Ashley studied Office Administration at Lethbridge College and has made a seamless transition back into our office. We are very pleased to welcome Ashley back and for her to be a part of our growing team.
